Pay as you train

Payments

Session fees are payable at the time of booking. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit or debit card. All payments are secured by Swipe®.

Cancellations and missed sessions

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel your session with more than 48 hours’ notice of the scheduled session time, we will reschedule your session with no charge. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, you will be required to pay the full amount of the session, as per our training agreement.

Subscriptions

There is a minimum of a 3-month term to our subscription offers. If you wish to cancel your subscription following this 3-month period, please notify us in writing within 30 days' notice.

Payments

Your monthly subscription fee is payable prior to the first month starting, and prior to each subsequent month thereafter. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit or debit card. All payments are secured by Swipe ®.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, you will forfeit this session and you will not be able to rearrange it, as per our training agreement.

Any rearranged sessions must be used within the same month and cannot be rolled on to the next month.
