THE BOURNE FITNESS WAY
PERSONAL TRAINING ATTENTION. SMALL-GROUP ENERGY.
Small Group Personal Training is a coached strength session in a deliberately small group. The session is programmed for the group, while the coaching is adapted to the individual. Your coach guides technique and can adjust exercises or loads to suit your experience. Beginners are welcome, and experienced members can keep progressing.
