Small Group PT
Our Small Group Personal Training (PT) sessions are the ideal combination of personalised attention and group motivation, designed to target all muscle groups and prioritise your strength development.
Outdoors
A high energy full body workout which combines elements of the Sweat and Small Group PT sessions.
In this class you will:
- Develop your weightlifting and strength building technique.
- Improve your cardiovascular health.
- Increase your muscular endurance.

Sweat
Our full-body high-intensity class at Bourne Fitness! Suitable for all fitness levels, this workout combines weights, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning drills in short bursts.
Sweat is designed to build endurance, enhance heart and lung health, and develop lean muscle mass.

Strength & Conditioning
This session blends our signature classes Small group PT and Sweat. Think big compound lifts as well as high intensity conditioning in a coached, small-group setting to boost power, endurance, and efficiency.

HYROX
Balham’s only official HYROX training gym.

Pilates
Pilates Sculpt at Bourne Fitness is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to improve strength, posture, mobility, and core stability through controlled, mindful movement.
Each class incorporates the 6 original Pilates principles — Concentration, Control, Centring, Precision, Flow, and Breathing

Boxing
At our Bourne Fitness boxing classes, you'll learn essential boxing techniques, including jabs, hooks, and footwork, while also engaging in full-body exercises designed to boost your strength, agility, and endurance.

Pre & Post Natal
Our parent & baby strength class is perfect for new parents looking to get back into movement with babies on board!

You’ll learn functional, full body movements to help you make every day tasks as a parent more manageable and comfortable.

This class is suitable for pre-mobile babies, who are welcome in prams or carriers.
