Our approach
 

Being fit is about making an inspired lifestyle decision, not a temporary change. Our approach to fitness coaching and personal training is informed by psychological theories of behaviour change, to enable you to make lasting changes to your health and fitness habits. 

We are passionate about educating you on the biomechanics and mind-muscle connection of exercises, rather than just demonstrating the movements, to support you to develop an understanding of why you're doing each exercise rather than just how.

 

Our primary focus at Bourne Fitness is to develop bespoke training programmes which are tailored to your individual needs. We aspire to make exercise fun and accessible to everyone, with each session leaving you feeling empowered and motivated to progress towards your fitness goals.

Our equipment
 

We use high quality gym-grade equipment, which includes specialist Olympic bars and equipment specifically designed for those with musculoskeletal problems. Using our specialist equipment, our experienced Personal Trainers (all registered with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity) will create a unique fitness programme, considering your holistic health and well-being needs.

Our locations
 

We offer fitness coaching and personal training from a variety of indoor and outdoor locations around South West London, as well as online. All of our specialist equipment can be transported and is therefore available for both indoor and outdoor training sessions.

 

Indoor Training 
 

We offer indoor personal training sessions at an independent personal training studio within Rize, Balham (Balham High Road, London SW12 9AP). This is within walking distance of Balham and Clapham South Underground stations.

Parking and bicycle racks are available. 

 

Outdoor Training
 

We also offer outdoor personal training sessions using  in the South West London areas including: Clapham Common, Tooting Common, Streatham and Wandsworth Common. 

 

Online Personal Training
 

Our online personal training services give you the same high quality personal training at your convenience. We offer online training programmes via video conferencing platforms as well as ready to use downloadable home workout plans. Our online services offer the same level of support, guidance and accountability that you would experience with our face to face personal training services.
