My approach
 

The primary focus at Bourne Fitness is to develop bespoke training programmes which are tailored to your individual needs. I aspire to make exercise fun and accessible to everyone, with each session leaving you feeling empowered and motivated to progress towards your fitness goals. 

I am passionate about educating you rather than just demonstrating the movements, this is to support you to develop an understanding of why you're doing each exercise rather than just how.

The Mobile Gym
 

Using an extensive range of high quality gym-grade equipment, I will create a unique fitness programme, considering your holistic health and well-being needs. My mobile gym includes various Olympic lifting bars, over 300kg of Olympic weight plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, adjustable benches, a squat rack, and a variety of conditioning tools.

Personal Training Services
 

I offer a range of personal training options in the Balham and Tooting areas, as well as online. 

The following services are available for individual, couples or small group personal training sessions. 

Outdoor Personal Training 

My outdoor personal training sessions are primarily based at Tooting Common, where I bring my range of equipment to facilitate your bespoke training session. Subject to availability I can also travel to Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common and Streatham Common.

Home Personal Training 

My home personal training option brings the mobile gym to you. Home sessions cut out the travel time to and from an external location, or gym, and are perfect for those who have a busy work schedule and/or commitments that limit you leaving your home. 

Group Personal Training - Coming Soon

My Group Personal Training is all about helping you get fitter whilst learning new skills, all at a fraction of the cost of my one to one personal training offering. Two highly skilled coaches will take you through a well designed circuit which combines bodyweight, cardio, core and my wide range of strength building equipment. Pre book your space here!

Snap Fitness, Tooting
