I offer fitness coaching and personal training from a variety of locations in the Balham and Tooting areas:

Our Personal Trainers will provide you with a bespoke fitness training programme personalised to your health and well-being needs and designed to deliver the fitness results you want, in a Covid-19 compliant environment.


All of our trainers are registered with the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity, (CIMSPA).

Outdoor Personal Training at Tooting Common

We predominantly offer outdoor personal training sessions at Tooting Common. We are also able to offer our services at  the following locations: Clapham Common, Streatham and Wandsworth Common. ​

Online Personal Training

Do you want a fitness programme that allows you to fit training into a busy schedule? Or do you prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home?

Our online personal training is a great way to achieve your fitness goals at your convenience and offers the same level of support, guidance and accountability as we would with our in-person training services. 


We offer online personal training via video conferencing platforms as well as ready to use downloadable home workout programmes.
