Introducing- Bourne Fitness - Outdoor Group Personal Training 

Your personal trainers Nathan Bourne  and Sam Humroy have designed a fun and educational 45 minutes where you will develop:

🏋🏽‍♂️Weightlifting technique

♥️Improve your cardiovascular health

💪🏾Increase muscular endurance.


We combine a range of strength, conditioning, bodyweight, cardio and boxing drills in a well thought out circuit that is suitable for all fitness abilities.

With only 8 people in the class and two skilled coaches, you will receive a hands on training experience similar to the one to one personal training experience.
